Pengaruh Persepsi Pegawai tentang Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Resistensi Perubahan Organisasidi Yayasan X
Abstract: The purpose of this
study is to identify the impact of employee’s perceived of organizational
justice toward resistance to organizational change. This quantitative research
is using perceived of the organizational justice’s scale based on Colquitt’s
four dimension about organizational justice and resistance to change’s scale
based on Oreg’s three dimension about resistance to change. The Foundation X
located in one of the sub-province in East Java that has some educational units
with total of 218 employees which represents the highest position until lowest
position in the organizational structure. Simultaneously, the result from 147
respondents showed that employee’s perceived of organizational justice have
significant contribution toward resistance to organizational change. It
supported previous research, which positiveperceived of organizational justice
will impact lower level of resistance to change, vice versa. Partially, in line
with simultaneous result,procedural justice and informational justice showed
significant contribution toward resistance to organizational change,
butdistibutive justice and interpersonal justice had no significant
contribution toward resistance to organizational change.
