PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KETERLIBATAN EKSEKUTIF DAN KONDISI ORGANISASIONAL PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP MANAJEMEN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Abstract: This  study  aims  to  obtain  empirical  evidence  of  the  influence  of  organizational culture, executive involvement, organization conditions to the management of information technology  companies  in  the  telecommunications  company  in  Sumatra.  The  sample  was 43 respondents who worked as a manager at Telecommunications Company in Sumatra.  The result of this study show only company's organizational conditions influence management  information  technology  (H3).  Organizational  culture  had  no  significant effect  to  information  technology  management  (H1)  and  the  involvement  of  the executive had no significant effect of information technology management (H2).
