PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL TWITTER TERHADAP LOYALITAS MEREK INDOSAT IM3

Abstract: Today's, cell phones are a necessity item that can not be separated  from  people's  everyday  lives  has  generated  increasingly fierce competition between mobile operators to be able to attract the attention of consumers in order to use and remain loyal to their brand. This  study  was  undertaken  to  review  Indosat  IM3  effort  to  maintain their  brand  loyalty  by  optimizing  social  media  marketing  twitter  with account @ indosatmania. From the analysis of the data showed that all  three  indicators  of  social  media  twitter  studied  was  shown  to significantly  influence  the  dependent  variable  brand  loyalty.  Then through  the  F  test  can  be  seen  that  the  independent  variable  is indeed feasible to test variables dependent brand loyalty.
