HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN BACK OFFICE HOTEL PACIFIC BALIKPAPAN
ABSTRACT: Work achievement
is everything that
exists around the
employee at the time
of work, either
physical or non-physical,
direct or indirect,
which may affect her
and her work
while working. Many
factors affect a
person's work achievements one
of which related
to work environment
and granting of incentives.
This research aims
to know the
relationship of work
environment and granting
of incentives toward
achievement of the
employees work in the
Back Office Balikpapan Hotel
Pacific. The study
consists of three
variables namely variables are
bound is a free variable
and work achievement
is work environment and granting of incentives Data collection
is using a
method of the
scale. The sample
in this research is
the Department back
office employees of
the Hotel Pacific Balikpapan as
much as 18 people. Data
analysis technique that
used is a nonparametric test analysis Kendall's
Tau-b.
The results of
this study showed
no relationship between
working environment with work
achievement with the
correlation values p
and value 0.409 >
0.05 (p =
0.020) and there
is a significant
relationship between granting of
incentives with work
achievement with a
value of 0.537
and correlation values p < 0.05 (p = 0.002)
