ANALISIS RANCANGAN PROGRAM PERCEPATAN REVITALISASI PESAWAT PIPER SENECA V DENGAN METODE 5W+1H

ABSTRACT: Maintenance schedule has do for serviceable aircraft and airworthy. Implementation of revitalization is done not in accordance with the target time has been planned so that the need for future repairs and program design in order to accelerate the implementation of revitalization, so it needs to be fixed by finding the causes factors of the implementation of the revitalization, improve outcomes improved to match the target time, knowing dominant factor and the longest time, and improve maintenance planning schedule of the aircraft. This research method 5W +1 H (What, Why, Who, Where, When and How) to resolve the problems in finding a revitalization program improvement ideas Piper Seneca V.
Based on the analysis of the obtained dominant cause of the implementation of the revitalization that is incompatible with the target time is, the implementation of engine overhauls for 95 days (36.67 %) and expenditure process engine / imports for 60 days (20.00 %). As well as knowing the target is not reached during the time that these improvements to the delivery time of 7.3 times the raw materials and the process of spending the engine / import and process quotation and payment of 6 times the specified targets, so that repairs may take longer. Minimal delay in the revitalization of the factors can be improved for each causal factor is 3 times and 2.5 times that of the repair time is ideal.
