ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL
Abstract: The purpose of this
research is to find out the determinants of capital structure on manufacturing
companies in Indonesia. The initial samples used in this research are 48 firm
listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during the period 2004-2008. There are 5
variables, choosed as the measurements of capital structure, those are:
Tangibility of Assets, Profitability, Firm Size, Growth Sales, and Growth Firm.
This research uses multiple linear regressions as the analysis method. The
statistic test find out that the independent variables, which are
Profitability, Firm Size, and Growth Sales have an influence on capital
structure. However, Tangibility of Assets and Growth Firm has no influence on
capital structure. Another result from this research is Tangibility of Assets,
Profitability, Firm Size, Growth Sales, and Growth Firm have an influence on
capital structure simultaneously.
