PENGARUH LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE TERHADAP KINERJA YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN (Kasus pada RSUP di Yogyakarta)
ABSTRACT: This research aims
to test the effect of Leader MemberExchange (LMX) towards job performance which
ismediated by job-satisfaction and commitment. Thisresearch uses
non-probability sampling, so not all the elements of the population does not
have the same chance to become a subject. Respondents are residents of RSUP X
Yogyakarta from obstetrics gynecology, oral surgery and general surgery
sections. Data were collected by survey using questionnaires. Hypothesis tested
by path analysis on a SEM (Structural EquationModeling) two-steps. This
research found several result: First, LMX has a positive influence towards job satisfaction.
Second, job satisfaction has no influence towards job performance. Third, job
satisfaction has a positive influence towards commitment. Fourth, LMX has no
negative influence towards commitment. Fifth, commitment has a positive
influence towardsjob performance.
