PERLINDUNGAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI PT. PERTAMINA (PERSERO) TERMINAL BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK (BBM) BUNGUS TELUK KABUNG
Abstract: PT Pertamina (
Persero ) as the company's oil and natural gas are at risk of workplace
accidents is very high . So I raised the issue of How the implementation of
occupational safety and health protection of PT Pertamina oil terminal
sackcloth Bay , What are the obstacles encountered in the implementation of
safety and health protection of PT Pertamina oil terminal sackcloth Bay and was
an attempt to overcome the obstacles encountered in the implementation of
safety and protection occupational health of PT Pertamina oil terminal
sackcloth Bay . The method used in this study is a socio-juridical using
secondary sources and primary data obtained through interviews and document
research . The results of this study it can be concluded that the
implementation of occupational safety and health protection by PT Pertamina oil
terminal sackcloth Bay against workers already refer to perturan legislation .
This can be seen with a special section which handles about occupational safety
and health is part of the Health Safety and Environtment ( HSE ) , but in fact
there are accidents and unsafe acts / nearmiss ( near miss ) . Problems were
found in the implementation of safety and health protection by PT Pertamina oil
terminal sackcloth Bay is due to errors or omissions workers themselves .
Efforts made by PT Pertamina fuel sackcloth Bay Terminal to overcome these
obstacles is to improve supervision , training ( training ) , guidelines for
how to work safely , to investigate accidents, conduct training K3 , and K3
provide information and outreach workers to the fullest.
