Abstrak: Notary deed
cooperatives are working in the area of Regency / City listed as NPAK and carry
out tasks as appropriate in accordance with the regulations pertaining to the

by the cooperative pereorangan or legal entity , with the separation of wealth
members as a capital to run the business , which meets the aspirations and
needs of the field of economic , social and cultural rights in accordance with
the values and principles koperasi.Adapun permasalahannnya ie , How is
accountability in the making of the deed of establishment Notary Cooperative .
whether the constraints faced by the notary in the deed of establishment of
cooperatives . whether the notary public in an effort to minimize the
constraints in pebuatan deed of establishment of cooperatives . The results of
the study showed that accountability in the Notary deed cooperative . In his
capacity as a notary deed for his cooperative and responsible for the
authenticity of the deeds made , it is based on the provisions of article 2,
paragraph ( 2 ) Decision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium
Enterprises Republic of Indonesia Number : 98/KEP/M.KUKM / IX/2004 about the
formation of guidelines , validation Deed and Amendment of Articles of
Cooperation . Briefing on Cooperation for the prospective Notary or Notary Deed
Cooperative ( NPAK ) felt inadequate. For prospective Notary Deed Cooperative
debriefing should be given a large enough science supplies cooperatives and
given the experiences of the officers as a Notary Deed deed cooperative in
dealing with the establishment of cooperatives .
