PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR, PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DAN LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP SIKAP BERWIRAUSAHA PEMUDA (STUDI PADA SANTRI MUKIM PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK PLUS WIRAUSAHA PESANTREN DAARUT TAUHIID BANDUNG)
ABSTRACT: Entrepreneurship
attitude is important to be developed for young people to become independent
and empowered through education and entrepreneurship training. Learning
motivation, learning process and social environment suspected to be the
determinant factors that influence the entrepreneurship attitudes. The purposes
of this research are to describe and analyze data about the influence of
learning motivation, learning process and social environment separately and
simultaneously to the entrepreneurial attitudes of students on Moral Education
Plus Entrepreneur Program At Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School of Bandung. This
research is a survey type using a quantitative approach with a correlation
method. The sample is 32 people. This research found that; 1) the influence of
learning motivation towards entrepreneurship attitudes of the students showed
positive at 0.717 value included in the category of strong relationships with
the contribution of the influence of 51.41%; 2) the influence of the learning
process of the entrepreneuship attitudes of students showed positive value of
0.577 which is included in the moderate category of relationship with the
contribution of the influence of 33.29%; 3) the influence of social environment
of the entrepreneuship attitudes of students showed positive value amounted to
0.780 are included in the category of strong relationships with the contribution
of the influence of 54.31%; 4) the influence of learning motivation, learning
and social environment simultaneously on attitudes to entrepreneurship show a
positive value amounted to 0.823 are included in the category of very strong
relationships with the contribution of the influence of 67.73%.
