PENERAPAN PROSES POISSON NON-HOMOGEN UNTUK MENENTUKAN DISTRIBUSI PROBABILITAS KEDATANGAN NASABAH DI BNI BANJARBARU
Abstract: Poisson process is a
special event of the process of counting (counting prosses)where the time
intervals between each increasing value are independent andexponentially
distributed. Poisson process can be divided into two types: homogenous poisson
process and non-homogeneous poisson process. If the exponential distribution has
the same parameter value, then it is called a homogeneous poisson process, if
not then, the process is called a non-homogeneous poisson. The implementation
of nonhomogeneous poisson process can be used to solve the customers arrivals
problems of BNI Banjarbaru. The purpose of this research is to apply
non-homogeneous poissonprocess on the customers arrivals at BNI Banjarbaru,
determine the probability distribution of customers arrivals at BNI Banjarbaru,
describes the process of customers arrivals at BNI Banjarbaru graphically. The
research method is a literature study with an acquisition data at BNI
Banjarbaru using purposive sampling method. The procedures of this research are
studying the problem of non-homogeneous poisson, collecting and recording data
of customers arrivals at the BNI Banjarbaru, analyzing data, determining the
probability distribution of customers arrivals at BNI Banjarbaru, describing
the arrivals processes ofcustomers in the form of graphs, and interpretating
the result.
