PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL DAN DESAIN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJAWAKIL KEPALA SEKOLAH SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN BEKASI
Abstract: The The objective of
this research was to determine the Effect of Managerial Ability and Job Design
to the Work Effectiveness of Vice Head Master
at Senior High School in Bekasi.The data were collected through participant
observation using survey by questionnaires.The data analysis and interpretation
indicates that (1) the managerial ability have positive direct effect to work
effectiveness, (2) the job design have positif direct effect to work
effectiveness, (3) the managerial ability have positive direct effect to job
design. On the basis of this findings can conclude that good managerial ability
and good job design were effect to increase work effectiveness of vice head
master at senior high school inBekasi.
