ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA DAN BIAYA PADA PEKERJAAN PASANGAN RANGKA ATAP PADA PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN PANAM VIEW TIPE 48

ABSTRACT: Lightweight steel is new building materials that are widely used as replacement timber as a construction material of roof truss. This research aims to know the labour productivity on the construction of roof truss with lightweight steel as material compared with timber material. Based on the results of the study, the level of labor productivity on the construction of roof truss with lightweight steel on the House Type 48 with an average value of 78.91 % Labour Utility Rate (LUR) is higher than labour productivity on the construction of wood roof truss with the same type of house with a value LUR average of 77.15 %. From the analysis on the construction cost, the cost roof truss with lightweight steel is Rp. 9.165.000,- (Nine Million One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Rupiah) while the wood roof truss is Rp. 9.639.000,-(Nine Million Six Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Rupiah). Therefore, the roof truss with lightweight steel is more economic than wood roof trus.
