Information Technology Services Implementation in Software Laboratory Center Bina Nusantara University
ABSTRACT: The purpose of the
paper is to create an overview of Information Technology (IT) Services
implementation in Software Laboratory Center (SLC), Bina Nusantara University.
Method used was exploratory research with unstructured interview to extract
undiscovered problems. The result was some recommendation of actions to overcome
the problems and overview of Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) implementation in
SLC. Can be concluded that ITIL is able to increase the quality of IT services
in SLC by providing more consistent, reliable, and predictable services.
