PREDIKSI CADANGAN AIR TANAH DI DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI (DAS) CISADANE

ABSTRACT: Water is very important for human beings. Sources of fresh water that can be used are only 3% of the total water availability on earth, and 12% from that quantity are soureces of groundwater. Groundwater is oneof the water resources that is very important serve human needs, such as domestic, agriculture or industry.Geo-electric is one of methods for groundwater investigation. The purposes of this research are to identify lithology of soil layer and thickness of aquifer position on research location, to determine hydraulic soilconductivity value, and to predict the groundwater reserve potential in Cisadane Watershed. This researchwas conducted in several steps, such as collected and analysis data. The processed data was the secondarygeo-electrical data with schlumberger method. Calculation of groundwater storage was performed by usinggeo-electric and Darcy’s law approach. Aquifer thickness layer was obtained from the average content of aquifer layer on research location, so it might represent the thickness of the aquifer. From the calculation result, it was obtained that the predicted groundwater storage was abaut 2.46 m3/second and 8.64 m3/second confined aquifer respectively.
