HUBUNGAN ANTARA EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP, CREATIVE SELF EFFICACY DAN EMPLOYEE CREATIVITY SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract: AJB Bumiputera 1912
is the first and old national life insurance company in Indonesia. This
insurance company was formed on February 12, 1912, in Magelang, Central Java.
Several factors to improve employee performance can be through a leaders
leadership style, employee confidence to be creative and creativity of
employees. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research was
conducted on 35 employees of Financial Consulting AJB Bumiputera 1912 Darmo
Satelit branch of Surabaya. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS)
analysis. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the role of
creative self efficacy as an intervening variable between empowering leadership
and employee creativity and their impact on employee performance. The result
shows that empowering leadership has no effect on employee creativity.
Empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on creative self
efficacy. Creative self efficacy has positive and significant effect on
Employee creativity. Creative self efficacy interferes with the influence
between empowering leadership on employee creativity. Employee creativity has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance.
