Pengaruh Financial Literacy, Cognitive Bias, dan Emotional Bias terhadap Keputusan Investasi (Studi pada Investor Galeri Investasi Universitas Negeri Surabaya)
Abstract: Investment or
investing is an important moment for the economy of individuals. Someone to act
rationally and not rarely also be irrational in making investment decisions.
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of financial literacy,
cognitive bias, and emotional bias against investment decisions. The sample
used as many as 289 respondents using a detailed questionnaire and multiple
linear regression analysis. The results obtained suggest that overconfidence,
illusion of control, regret aversion bias, and status quo bias effect
significantly to investment decisions. The respondent belongs to investors who
are overly confident and feels it can control the situation. In addition,
respondents also belongs to investors who are too sorry when experiencing
losses and tend to be reluctant to make changes to its investments. While
variable financial literacy, cognitive dissonance, and loss aversion bias does
not affect investment decisions.
