Pengaruh Hasil Fraksinasi Ekstrak Etanol Daun Lado-lado (Litsea cubeba,Pers) Terhadap Kadar Asam Urat Serum Darah Mencit Putih Jantan Tinggi Asam Urat
ABSTRACT: Uric acid is the end
product of purine metabolism in humans and imbalance of uric acid levels in the
blood to triggered hyperuricemia then incidence and prevalence is quite high in
Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine whether hyperuricemic affects
the decrease of uric acid level in white male mouse hyperurisemia by using
lado-lado (Litsea cubeba,Pers) leaf. Sample was extracted with 70% ethanol and
subsequently fractionated by using hexane, ethyl acetate and water residual
solvents. potassium oxonate doses 250 mg/kgBW and long bean juice (Vigna
unguiculata,Walp) doses 0.5 mL/20 gramBB frequency 3 times daily as inducer. It
taked for 5 days to hyperuricemia condition. At the time of treatment, only use
long peanut juice for inducer. Doses 12,5 mg/kgBW; 25 mg/kgBW and 50 mg/kgBW
and variations of 7, 14 and 21 days on hyperuricemic condition. Serum uric acid
levels were measured by using a clinical photometer with an enzymatic
principle. The resultant decrease in uric acid levels was best obtained at the
fraction of ethyl acetate of lado-lado leaves (<0.05) and the doses of 50
mg/kgBW with 7 days of administration was the best variation to decrease uric
acid levels in high uric acid serum level condition.
