PENGARUH HUMAN CAPITAL, PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT, DAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) DISTRIBUSI JAWA TIMUR AREA GRESIK
Abstract: This study aims to
analyze the influence of human capital, person-organization fit, and perceived
organizational support on organizational commitment in PT. PLN (Persero)
Distribusi Jawa Timur Area Gresik. Population in this research is all permanent
employees of company counted 69 employees. In addition, the number of samples
is 42 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. Data
analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and processed using
software SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that human capital
has a significant and positive influence on organizational commitment;
person-organization fit and perceived organizational support has insignificant
and positive influence on organizational commitment; and human resources,
person-organization fit, and the perceived organizational support
simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment.
