PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI AJB. BUMIPUTERA 1912 KANTOR WILAYAH SURABAYA
Abstract: In the
Globalizations era, the challenge that a company must face is very various,
this is make a harder competition among the other companies. This competition
brings a higher demand where everything must be moving fast, clear and directed
to reach the goal effective and efficient. Therefore, a company needs a good
resource to support the organization's goals and improve its company's
performance optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine theeffect of
organizational climate and competence on employee performance at AJB Bumiputera
1912 Surabaya regional office. The sample used in this study amounted to 36
employees at the Surabaya regional office, obtained by using the method of
non-probability sampling. This research uses quantitative approach obtained by
observation, interview and spread questioner. Methods of multiple linear
regression analysis is the analysis used in this study. The results of this
study indicate that organizational climate does not affect employee
performance, while competence affect the performance of employees at AJB
Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya regional office. Therefore, companies need to develop
the competence variable because then the company will be able to improve
employee performance in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya regional office
