PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Wilayah Surabaya)
Abstract: The growing world of
business in the era of globalization led to increasingly fierce competition. To
survive, a company must have the ability and superiority to have a high
competitiveness so as to survive in competition with other companies.
Therefore, a company needs a good resource to support the organization's goals
and improve its company's performance optimally. The purpose of this study is
to determine the effect of knowledge sharing andwork discipline on employee
performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office. The sample has used inthis
study amounted to 36 employees at the Surabaya area office, obtained by using
the method of non-probability sampling. This research uses quantitative
approach obtained by observation, interview and spread questioner. Methods of
multiple linear regression analysis is the analysis used in this study. The
results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing affects employee
performance, while the work discipline does not affect the performance of employees
at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office. Therefore companies need to
develop knowledge sharing because then the company will be able to improve
employee performance in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office.
