PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI PADA PT. DOK DAN PERKAPALAN SURABAYA BAGIAN PRODUKSI)
Abstract: This study aims to
analyze and discuss the influence of employee competency on performance with
satisfaction as an intervening variable (studies in the visitors PT. Dok dan
Perkapalan Surabaya Division Production).
The population in this study is employee on PT. Dok dan Perkapalan
Surabaya Division Production. Researcher using 128 samples. The technique of
collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path anlysis. In
the test results of path analysis size variable is the employee competency on
performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable indicated by the
coefficient of determination is equal to 0.445. From the test results AMOS 21
variables employee competency on performance with satisfaction as an
intervening variable has a positive and significant influence.
