Pengaruh Psychological Empowerment, Budaya Organisasi Hirarki, dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries Bagian Winding di Nganjuk
Abstract: PT. Lotus Indah
Textile Industries is a yarn spinning company. The purpose of the company is to
improve the production.So, the employ`s performance should be good. The Factors
that influence the Employ`s Performance are psychological empowerment, hierarchical
organizational culture and self-efficacy. The goal of this research is to
examine and analyze the influence of psychological empowerment, hierarchical
organizational culture, and self efficacy on the winding employ`s performance
at PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries in Nganjuk. This type of research is
causal and inferential with the method of quantitative approach. Probability
sampling is a technique that used to Sample in the study amounted to 82
respondents on the production of Winding employees at PT. Lotus Indah Textile
Industries. The Statistical analysis which used in this study is Part Least
Square (PLS) with the help of SPSS’s program Version 23.The results of this
study explain that the psychological empowerment has positive effect on employ`s
performance. Hierarchical organizational culture has a significant positive
effect on employee performance and self efficacy also have a significant
positive impact on employee performance.
